Commercial HVAC Systems

We design and install complete duct work for commercial buildings including supply and return plenums, registers, diffusers, VFD registers, dampers. We do framework for package units, install roof curbs and then install units. Package Heat Pump Units.
We install split AC, gas heating and heat pump units. We repair rooftop package units: Replace compressors, condenser fan motors, fan blades, blower motors, contactors, control boards including low-pressure and high-pressure switches. Change belts and shives.

Electrical Power

We have in house electrician and we run electrical power supply from main panel to the AC disconnect though metal conduits which run may through walls, ceilings or on the roofing. Run low voltage wiring from unit to the thermostat.
